MARKETPLACE TERMS

Terms of Use

These terms describe the intended SkillHail marketplace structure. The operating company must complete legal review, insert its legal identity and publish final commercial terms before accepting real bookings.

Marketplace role

The operator must clearly state whether providers are independent businesses, contractors, employees, volunteers or participants in an approved program. The software does not determine legal classification.

Provider eligibility and fairness

The marketplace is designed to support experienced workers, including older adults who wish to remain economically active. Eligibility rules must comply with applicable human-rights and employment law. Customers should select providers based on verified skills, availability, scope and service fit.

Licensing and permitted work

Regulated, permit-required or hazardous work may only be performed by appropriately qualified and insured persons. A profile or category label does not replace a licence, permit, insurance policy or code requirement.

Safety

Users must provide accurate information, confirm the provider’s identity and follow safety instructions. SkillHail is not an emergency service. Call 911 for emergencies.

Demo environment

Demo people, contact details, images and requests are fictional or illustrative. Demo activity does not create a real service contract.

Payments, cancellations and disputes

The operator must publish fees, taxes, cancellations, refunds, provider payouts, chargebacks and dispute procedures before enabling payment processing.
